This Request for Proposal (RFP) document is intended to lead to the identification of vendors that can demonstrate having sufficient capacity and experience in digital advertising and marketing during the Inclusive Africa Conference.
About inABLE
inABLE.org is a nonprofit organization based in Kenya with a mission to empower persons with disabilities in Africa through assistive technology. Over the past five years, inABLE has hosted the Annual Inclusive Africa Conference which has created a platform to promote the advancement of digital accessibility and assistive technology for persons with disabilities in Africa. The 6th Inclusive Africa Conference will be held on June 3rd – 5th 2025 in Nairobi, Kenya. This will be a hybrid event that will host 300 delegates in-person and with over 2,000 people livestreaming from across the globe.
Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) document is intended to lead to the identification of vendors that can demonstrate having sufficient capacity and experience in digital advertising and marketing during the Inclusive Africa Conference. inABLE is therefore soliciting from interested companies/individuals a request for proposal clearly showing the following:
- A company profile detailing the years of experience in digital advertising, marketing and other related services.
- Approvals or Licenses from the relevant authorities to offer digital marketing services (Provide evidence of compliance with statutory requirements, certification and all other relevant licenses).
- Provide a minimum of 5 client references of projects of similar size and scope that were successfully completed. Each reference’s information shall include the reference company or organization, contact person’s name, title and contact details, and details about the number of digital marketers etc.
- Geographical presence i.e. the regions that the vendor has offices/presence. (Please provide any other additional information that inABLE should be aware of.
Key responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Agency/ Consultant will support in:
- Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop comprehensive digital advertising strategies in alignment with marketing goals and target audience demographics.
- Platform Management: Manage digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other programmatic buying platforms.
- Ad Creation and Optimization: Create and optimize ad creatives, headlines, and copywriting to enhance campaign performance and engagement metrics.
- Live Tweeting and Posting: Engage with the audience in real-time through live tweeting and posting during the Inclusive Africa Conference and other related events to the conference to drive engagement, brand awareness, and social media interaction.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of resources to achieve campaign objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI, to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Audience Targeting: Utilize audience segmentation and targeting strategies to reach relevant audiences and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Ad Tech Integration: Stay updated on emerging ad tech trends and tools and integrate innovative solutions to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to collaborate on campaign strategies and provide regular performance reports and insights.
- Manage Conference Social Media Team: Select and coordinate 3 social media personnel to offer live social media coverage during the conference.
Additionally:
- Must have a qualified team of social media managers with great skills and insights in conveying information in real time.
- Must have competitive experience in conference storytelling.
- Must participate in disability etiquette training.
- Develop and provide monthly social media calendar.
- Must be on ground for the 3- day conference and 1-day pre-conference activities to share content on social media as the event unveils.
