inABLE is grateful for your support and very mindful of our obligation to keep your personal information
secure. When you donate to inABLE on our website, your credit card information is not stored by us but is
processed by a recognized and respected payment processor (currently, PayPal). Also, your credit card
number is used only for that particular transaction and is not retained. You will see the “closed” lock
symbol in the lower part of your browser screen when you are on our secure donation pages. You will also
notice in your web site address bar that the domain name starts with an “https” on those donation
pages. This means that information entered on those pages is encrypted for your security.
Cookie Usage
A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your Web browser from a Web server and stored on
your computer’s hard drive. The cookie does not store personal information about you, but will include
anonymous information (such as your computer’s IP address). Our web platform does use cookies to
remember personalization settings such as font sizes. No personally identifying information is stored.
Email Addresses
We ask for your e-mail address on a number of pages within our site (such as the newsletter

that is included at the bottom of e-mail communication from inABLE, by selecting “No” when presented

do ask for personal information on our online donation pages to properly enable donation transaction
processing. We use this information to acknowledge receipt of your donation for tax purposes and to help
prevent fraudulent transactions. If you give a gift to inABLE your name and address may be placed on our
email list for occasional mail updates. You can discontinue such communications by clicking the
unsubscribe link that is included at the bottom of e-mail communication from inABLE, by selecting “No”
when presented with whether or not you would like to receive email from inABLE, or by contacting us via the channels
listed on our Contact Us page.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties any of your information, including email
addresses or other contact information.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website
when such offerings help us further our organization’s mission. These third party sites have separate and
